Charger ICs regulate constant current then constant voltage for lithium cells. Set charge current with a programming resistor per the datasheet.
Follow the cell maker’s minimum and maximum voltage. Include thermistor inputs if the IC supports JEITA-style cutoff. This site does not cover pack assembly — consult standards for products you ship.
